ATLANTA, GA (TheSpread) – Michigan and Syracuse make history today at 8:50PM ET as two No. 4 seeds meet in the Final Four. Here is a look at the odds for this contest.

This game will be played from the Georgia Dome in Atlanta with both teams as four seeds. Syracuse won the East Region while Michigan won the South Region (View Matchup). According to oddsmakers at Bovada.lv, Michigan is the favorite in this game, as the Wolverines have odds of -2 points against Syracuse. The over/under total for this game has been set at 131 points. These two last met in 2010 with Syracuse getting a 53-50 win. The Orange have won the last two meetings between these teams.

Syracuse reached the Final Four by running through the East Region, including a 61-50 win over top-seeded Indiana, before beating third-seeded Marquette, 55-39. The Orange are giving up an average of just 45.75 points per game in the tournament thus far. Syracuse is now 30-9 on the season, 8-2 on a neutral floor and 20-15 against the spread. Syracuse has been led by a number of players this season, as four are averaging over 12 points per game. C.J. Fair is leading the team in scoring with 14.3 points per game to go with 7 rebounds per contest. Michael Carter-Williams is adding 12.1 points, 4.9 rebounds, 7.4 assists and 2.8 steals per game.

Michigan won the South Region of the tournament by dominating Florida, 79-59. The Wolverines had to get past Kansas to reach the Elite 8, and did so with an 87-85 overtime win that saw Michigan comeback from 10 points down with under three minutes to play. Michigan is averaging 78.75 points per game in the tournament. The Wolverines are now 30-7 on the season, 9-1 on a neutral floor and 18-16-1 against the spread. Michigan has four players averaging 11 points per game or more. Trey Burke, the AP Player of the Year is leading the team with 18.8 points, 6.8 assists and 1.6 steals per game. Mitch McGary has also been a big part of this tournament run, as he has 70 points and 46 rebounds in the four March Madness games.
